After achieving an MBA in Finance, Robert Herrgott began his career as a stockbroker and part-time Realtor. Investing in real estate and remodeling homes became a hobby. In 1998 he formed Distinct Developments LLC,an Oakland County based construction company. The goals of the company are simple - to provide customers with superior craftsmanship and complete satisfaction. These goals are accomplished by employing reliable contractors and suppliers, having daily site inspections, applying strict scheduling and open communication with clients. Later we added services to assist homeowners and financial institutions with asset management, vacant property monitoring and online home management. Robert's education includes a BA in Business/Pre-Law from Michigan State University and an MBA in Finance. In addition, he is licensed as a Real Estate Broker and Builder, and has over 20 years of finance, investment, real estate, construction and development experience.
